Family
Markus Raynerson: Markus is Noelle's father. For the first five years of Noelle's life, he was the only family she had. But, then Markus got married to Noelle's step-mother, and together the two had a little boy.
Olivia Heath-Raynerson: Olivia is Noelle's step-mother. She tried to treat Noelle the same way she treated her son, but still couldn't get it out of her head that her husband already found a love, and had a child with her. Olivia loves Noelle, but not as much as she loves her son.
William Raynerson: William, or 'Will' is Noelle's half-brother. He is six years younger then Noelle, and is as annoying as younger brothers get. But Noelle was glad to have someone else in the house for her to play with. The two would play pranks on each other, and get each other in trouble. They acted like real siblings, and not just half-siblings.
Personality
Noelle has a strong need to belong, and she is very loyal. Noelle is a good listener, and she excels at helping others in practical ways. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music and reading. She finds it pretty easy to be devoted to one person... a partner who she loves to do special things for. In love, she expresses her emotions through actions more then words. She loves taking care of someone who is close to her. And, she does it well! Noelle is very organized, and keeps a very clean environment. Noelle can complete tasks well and just about always on time.

Appearance
Noelle has medium-length strawberry blonde hair. It goes down past her shoulders. Her face is angular, with a sharp chin and a wide smile. Noelle is five foot six inches, which is about average for her age. Noelle is also fairly thin. She isn't too muscular, but isn't excessively thin, either. Noelle doesn't have very much upper-body strength, but has very strong legs. Noelle's eyes are like sunsets, with a flat horizon and rounded top. Depending on the light, Noelle's eyes could look blue, or a silvery color. Noelle's nose is small, and goes down between her eyes and mouth. It's shaped like a little button. Noelle has plump, light pink lips. They can widen into a wide smile, making dimples on her cheeks.
History
Noelle was born in Maryland, and lived there until her father got married. Noelle's step-mother wanted to move close to her parents in Teulon, Canada. Noelle had trouble adjusting to her new community, and missed living in Maryland. But a year later, Noelle's younger half-brother was born. Noelle was happy to have someone else in the house, but she was forgotten about. Her father and step-mother began watching over baby William 24/7. Noelle felt abandon, but wasn't sure what else to do with that. Noelle began spending more time outside. She spent the long days spending time by herself, and playing with the dog that the family owned.
Once William was a year old, he began spending time outside with Noelle too. The two of them had many adventures with the dog in the backyard, and had a lot of fun. When Noelle was nine and William was three, their dog died. But their dad and mom thought that the death of their dog would be a good experience for the two. William helped his father build a grave for the dog, while Noelle went out to the woods and picked flowers. This was the first time that Noelle experienced her powers. While she was in the woods... she forgot what she was doing and where she was. This only lasted for a short minute, but it was enough to spook her.
Noelle began experiencing her abilities again when she turned fifteen, at the beginning of 2012. The people in her house began to forget things left and right. Markus didn't realize what was going on, and was concerned for his daughter. But someone came to his house one day, claiming that they were able to be able to help Noelle. Markus looked up the man, and decided that he was safe. Noelle packed her things and went away, Markus coming with her at first, but when he realized where the man was taking Noelle, that he couldn't come along.

Powers
Noelle is able to make someone forget what they were doing for about ten minutes. She can also affect people's memories, but only small and minor ones. But Noelle can only make memories hazy. She hasn't completely mastered her abilities yet, and can still accidentally make people forget what they are doing. But she has gotten better with it, though.
Talents
Noelle is great at using her imagination. While Noelle can by shy at times, she is a natural leader, and loves taking charge. But, the downside to being a good leader is that she isn't a quick thinker, and takes time to plan out her ideas before Noelle puts them into action.

Family
Mathew Nani- Mathew is Eve's father, an only family. He lived in Winnipeg, Canada and worked in a small office. He is in his late forties and is tall. Mathew is a quiet man, and prefers to watch the world move by.
Personality
Eveleen is a very quiet and down-to-earth person. She views things from afar, and doesn't want to get into the affairs of other people. She doesn't take things lightly, and will tell someone the truth without thinking twice. She doesn't mind hurting other people's feelings, and doesn't mind having her own hurt if it was at someone's best attention. Eveleen purposely places herself away from other people, because Eveleen claims she 'doesn't belong', but this is probably because she was isolated as a child. Eveleen wants to take everything in, and not miss a single detail. Eveleen is quiet because of this, she doesn't want to miss something because she's talking.
Appearance
Eveleen has curly red hair, that goes right below her shoulder. She tends to brush it to the side, and keeps her bangs behind her ears. Her skin is paler then most, because her great-grandfather was from Ireland. Eveleen's face is rounded with a pointed chin, and when she smiles Eveleen has dimples. Eveleen's height is 5' 6'', with a slim build. But, surprisingly, Eveleen has upper body strenth, as well as strong elbows and knee's. She's not very fast, on her feet, and cannot run for very long. Eveleen has bright green marble-like eyes. They are lower down on her face, and she has a larger forehead. Eveleen's nose is sharp, and pointed like a weasel. She has very full light pink lips.
History
Eveleen was born and raised in Winnipeg, Canada. When she was about three years old, Eveleen asked her father about her mother, who or where she was. But Mathew became upset, and refused to speak of her. Eveleen still wanted to know who her mother was, but decided to not ask her father anymore. Eveleen dug around her small apartment, but couldn't even find a single picture. She asked her nanny, who didn't have an answer. She even asked some of the neighbors, who claimed that they saw a women with long brown hair visiting her father for about five months, but disappeared after Eveleen was born. She decided this was her mother, and planned on finding her sometime in her life.
Once Eveleen had put all the pieces together about her mother, she was about seven and had been in school for quite some time. The kids at school made fun of her for never having a mother. They claimed her mother was a prostitute that her dad had fallen for. Eveleen ignored them, though. She knew that their words weren't true. She continued through elementary school, and middle school. When Eveleen hit highschool, is when her powers started to kick in. She was always a late bloomer, after all. Small blizzards would knock down trees in front of her school and apartment. While at home, her father would sometimes stop, with wide eyes, and kids at school would randomly scream out of fear. It seemed that the only one who wasn't affected was Eveleen. People called her a freak, a witch's daughter. Her dad wanted to send her somewhere she'd be safe. Neighbors offered to send Eveleen to a boarding school for 'special kids' but Mathew said Eveleen wasn't special needs, but unique. One morning, Eveleen woke up to her father sitting at the kitchen table, with a cup of coffee and bags under his eyes. He tells Eveleen to pack her things and get into the car. Mathew drove his only daughter out of the city, and to Half-Blood hill. After a day or so, Eveleen was quickly claimed by her roman mother, Angerona.

Blizzard- Eveleen can make a small blizzard between her hands, which has 5 MPH gusts of wind, and blows snow. She can make them last for about five minutes.
Fear- Eveleen can make someone see one of their fears, but it's only a glimpse, and the image lasts for about fifteen seconds.
Silence- Eveleen can make someone become silent for about ten minutes.
Talents
Surprisingly, Eveleen is Ambidextrous and loves writing with both hands to freak people out. She's not very laid back under pressure, because she likes taking the time to think things out. Eveleen also has a good metabolism, and can eat just about anything she wants without gaining to much weight.
